Default Need a set of 5.7l heads

I am in the process of having a performance engine built for my truck. My builder has alserted me that I need to find a set of 5.7l heads for a 1998 Vortec engine. Can anyone help with this or does anyone have a supplier that is reasonable? I only need the bare heads as the stock parts will not be used anyway.

I'm very happy to see it worked out for you. Let us know how that new engine runs when you get it all dialed in.

Richard is the man I have a sweet set of WCCH StageII 6.0 heads just waiting for me to find the time to bolt on to my LQ9, which I have to build first...been kinda buzy getting ready for the arrival of our new bundle of joy

BTW, if I didn't mention it, the heads you sent me look awesome Richard. I brought them to my dad's shop where I'll be building my LQ9, and he was very impressed with the workmanship, and he said that the price was great for the work that I had done...thanks man!!

(p.s. I like the "Equipped with West Coast Racing Cylinder Heads" decals that came with the heads too )

Can't wait to see your ride after it's modded.

She's due Sep 6th...but it really could be any day. Our bags our packed and we're ready to go. Unfortunately I don't really have much time for the truck right now, but that's OK, it's all worth it. I would have liked to have gotten the truck done already, just in case we had to rush to the hospital, we'd have the horsepower to get us there quickly

You'll have plenty of time for it after -- just enjoy this part.

Of course, all the time you'll have after will be at 4am when you can't go back to sleep after a feeding

Anyway Bud congrats!!

Good luck and good health for mom and baby Bud. Your in the delivery window now so hang tight. Also remember this: she doesn't really mean the things she says in labor!

Let hear if it's a boy or a girl.
