I say leave it stock and hook up with kbracing and put a compound set up on it. Little guy to get that 4.8 some down low torque and the big guy to keep it moving.


That being said my all stock 6l turbo feels way stronger than my heads cam 5.3 turbo did. With less boost.

Couldn't really afford any other heads at the time man.

If I can successfully run these heads. And have that high of a compression. I will. Or next year I'll switch to something that lowers compression to under 10:1.
