Sounds like a good setup to me but I'm no expert. Wheatly runs that cam I believe and has had good results out of it and nitrous. With those heads and cam in a 370 depending on żour compression ratio should make around 400 or over to the wheels then lay the juice to it

Why a 370? Its not going to make much more power over a 6.0. If youre gonna punch it over, stroke that fugger over to a 408. I also don't get why you'd run PRC 5.3s over PRC LS6, or even 317s.
IMO, stock 317s, Torquer V2, tbss intake on a 6.0. Put down ~400 rwhp for less money.

As far heads, Id go 243, or 317 personally
