BlueCajun ran a 12.48 I think it was with a TR220 and a Yank SS3600. For a 3200-ish stall I'd run a low duration high lift cam made for torque, for the cam you listed I'd run at least a 4000 although personally I'd run more.
If running 243's, I'd suggest the LSr series of CompCam's or something similar, lifts in .600+ and durations like 215/223. Mine is a DD and I didn't want to run a converter so I stuck with a much lower lift and "smaller" camshaft.
