When we saw your tag and read the first post the SUM-8710R1 was our go 2 for this combo and goals. Then we saw @68Formula recommended it in post #3. 9 times out of 10 he's right in line with what we'd recommend for a cam. We would also echo his thoughts on milling the heads and getting a thinner head gasket since you're using E-85. Added compression is added hp/tq across the range. You have the fuel for it so take advantage of that.
If you're not having TSP install springs we'd recommend the Trickflow by PAC .660" lift duals.
You'll need some upgraded pushrods for this. Our Summit Racing HDR Thickwall pushrods are what we'd look at. We have the 11/32" with a .120" wall thickness which has 25% less stress and 28% less deflection than a typical 5/16" x .080" wall Chromoly pushrod. You'll want to measure for pushrod length before purchasing pushrods.
This sounds like a fun truck that will rip down the track but can cruise the streets on the weekends if you want.
