My reply to him was that was not the cam I'd choose from them for that truck. I stuck to his choice of Comp Cams.

Are these the springs that I need?
If so, this is a great deal, right?
SPRINGS:
I recently purchased these from an Ebay seller but have since switched cams I was going to install, so I no longer need these.
Description is as follows:
NEW set of 16 YELLOW LS6 Z06 valve springs...
For 2002-2004 Z06 LS6 engine with .550 lift cam...
GM part# 12586484 $9.86 each $157.76 for a set at your dealer + tax....
Buy them here for way less than half the dealer price...
Excellent upgrade for all LS1 LS4 LS6 car & truck engines...
Looking to get what I've put into these - $85 (includes shipping).

Just checked out the GT2-3 and noticed that they have a kit that includes the LS6 springs for an additional $60
Also noticed that the cam is a CompCam custom grind.
Zippy, Jim(Parish8) and Eric, you feel that this would be a more appropriate cam for my application?

With your truck having the Procharger I'd go with one of the Comp Cams. RPM is your friend with a Procharger. I would recomend some Kaetech rod bolts in the future.

Thanks again, EVERYONE, for all of your input!

That would be correct.
