Comp does not grind their cams, Howards Cam grinds them. http://www.howardscams.com/
They are a decent cam but they have lazy lobe profiles. They were designed that way to not be to rough on Patriots springs. I'd run a differnet spring if it were my project, especailly with XER lobes in larger duration cam like that.
I know who designed that Patriot camshaft and he used very soft lobes because of the type of valvetrain Patriot has. It's timing events were developed for a smooth running engine with decent mid-range and broad power. It really is an LS1 grind so very tame for any LS2 with some work.---Thats a quote from a PM to me from a very reputable cam designer who will remain anonomus.
My motor made 330 rwhp @ 6300 rpm through an unlocked loose PT 3600 Yank.
