While the ps pump was out (originally out of a hydroboost truck) I broke off the second return line and welded it shut. Yeah there was oil in it still. And yes I rattle canned it with almost no prep (spray down with degreaser and a hose). Then I painted the front crossmember while it was out. This I actually needle scalled and soaked in citric acid, as the frame of my truck is actually in very good shape. Also decided to repair the three msd wires that broke when I removed them. A few of them will actually be better off shorter eg. Cylinders 1, 5, and 7. So I ordered new 180 wire terminals off of eBay. Just waiting on them and a new coolant sensor and I should be off to the races.

soaked the inside with purple power then…

Hahaha!
Plan is to install my wideband and interface with my hptuners in the next couple of days. I want to give this engine a chance before giving it the 200 shot of giggle juice.
