Wouldn't the engine block have to be disassembled and out of the vehicle to install these? Maybe if you have a block being assembled then sure why not do it, to go through the trouble of adding this to an engine up and running I wouldn't think it would be worth it.

My old PT Cruizer turbo had the oil squirters. that thing ran 20 psi all day long and no issues. I think its definately somthing to look into.

I think I remember reading about these first in the Soltice Turbo motor... before the LS9. Not sure if thats right but it sure does sound like it might be a good option if scratch building a motor... squirters aren't too bad in price from Katech... just wonder what the machine work cost is. "Cool" stuff

Brian nutter works for wiseco, I would want to check with him to make sure there would not be any problems usingbthe squirters with my currant pistons.. And yes the engine would be comming back out and apart

The Lexus LX460 has oil squirters for the underside of the pistons, I got to see a shortblock dis-assembled not too long ago...

I would imagine one would also need the higher capacity oil pump from the LS9 to cope with the controlled oil leak that would be introduced.
