I'm curious about this too...

Roger (AKlowriderZ71) has over 40k on his Crane duals so far, and plans to try and get another 20k out of them before swapping them out...

I don't see why that would be hard to believe. Unless someone has a cam with a huge lift in it the springs should last a LONG time. Stock springs last 200k miles or more.

Yes.
Stock springs had 219K miles on them when I pulled the perfectly fine running 5.3L to install the LS1.
The LS1 was built using a set of used (mileage unknown) Patriot Performance heads w/ Patriot Gold valve springs.
I have put 62K+ miles on these springs myself, since then.
I'll pm the guy I bought them from and see if he remembers how many miles he put on them.

I git the prc 675 tyey call for 1.810 .....my exaust measured 1.800 an my intake measured 1.790 is that close enough or should I adjust them

Old thread, but for what it's worth, I have had these in my PRC heads for about 20k miles with no problems. Comp Cam 212/218 .558/.563 I plan on running them until the motor goes.
