Default PTV issue? L92 and LQ4

What is it and will I have it? I have a stock LQ4 motor with L92 heads unmilled with .600 lift and a 228/236 115 cam and I would like to know what issues may arrive from this and if it works what horsepower numbers rwhp through an automatic and flywheel.

Thus was my setup: Essentially it was a LQ9

LS2 Pistons and Rods
10.9:1 Compression
L76 Intake
L92 Heads UnMilled
LS2 90mm TB
228/232 .595 112 Comp
4.10 Gears
Pacesetter LT w/ORY

Stock Stall
Stock 4L60
Stock muffler
Crappy plugs

Dyno put down 368/355

Between this:

Stock Stall
Stock muffler
Crappy plugs

and the wrong cam for that kind of setup, I was suprised I got 368. With the right exhaust and cam selection I think I would be easily in the lower 400 range.
