Default Pulley removal, check my math please...

Doing a cam swap today and I'm at the point of pulling the crank pulley off. I've been following the guide at ls1howto and it says with an M6 to put it in 4th and go to town with breaker and cheater bar. My taxi cab (wife) is out and about for a little while today and I realize I need a piece of pipe to use as a cheater but I'm kind of wondering if this is going to be the "be all end all" in getting the bolt busted loose. I'm trying to minimize trips back and forth for tools/parts.
The sockets and breaker I've bought is 3/4" drive so I may be SOL trying to find an impact to rent. Any advice or pointers is appreciated.

Im hoping you just threw some *** into it and broke it loose

The last stock bolt I tried to take off and I was literally off the ground hanging on the end of a 2' breaker bar when it finally broke loose, and im about 250lb. The engine was on a stand to help visualize the process.

SnapOn breaker bar works for me...I tried to zap the bolt with a good IR 1/2" impact and the crank bolt just laughed at it

...soooo, how'd you get the bolt out?

I've just used an impact to get a few crank bolts off. Never had an issue except when the compressor kicked off and didn't come back on.
