Default Push Rod Length

Need to know length of push rod to run on a set on 243 heads that have been milled .030

what cam? my 243's are milled .040 with a tr220 and i am using 7.4 as per thunder recommendation.

depends on cam base diameter. stock cam should need 7.370. i'd check w/pushrod checker.

its a comp 244/248 .612/.615 112 lsa

Dude, dont risk guessing...get a push rod checker and measure them exactly. U can never be certain u have the prop length any other way - especially when u change cam or heads. They cost about $25 and its an easy thing to check once u have the rockers and springs ur using. R/

i would bet that 7.4 would be the correct length

ive gotten 7.4s now..i just want some thin that will work..i just want the truck rollin again, im goin back to me legal roots of dirt track racin and i dont wanna **** with my truck any more..im tired of payin insurance and truck payments on it when its sittin in the driveway
