quick cam ?....
ok im gonna order a cam today my truck is in the shop getting pacesetter longtube headers put on so i figured id go ahead and get a cam put in while it was there... whats a good cam for my setup in my sig? 5.3 motor... need help please..

Because your Procharger will make power equivalent to a 500 cubic inch motor, you'll need a great deal more exhaust duration than intake. You won't need tons of lift unlike an NA cam. Look for a cam with a 216-220 intake duration, an 8-12 degree split, an LSA between 113-115, and lift between .560-.580". If you can't find a shelf cam that fits your needs, then a custom cam might be in order. Thankfully, they are around the same price as a shelf cam.

well just got off the phone with jegs they told me this cam.. only thing it says for 6.0 ? but the guy on the phone said it would fit my truck 5.3 motor..? http://www.jegs.com/i/Comp+Cams/249/54-451-11/10002/-1

ok searched for 2 hours now thats the best cam i could come up with the link above from jegs... think this would be a wise choice? i would like to get a cam ordered today as the shops already got my truck.. also would this have a noticeable loop? becouse i do want it to sound like its cammed..

Call Thunder Racing and get their Blower Cam if you don't want it to lope hard. It's pretty close to the cam range I mentioned. The Jegs cam you linked would not unleash the potential in your combo.
