If I'm correct the only major thing between a 99 and 02 os is the injectors correct? So if i'm swapping to 02 injectors all I need to do is load up a regular 6.0 tune and then tune for the cam right?

There are other differences, but the only thing that would cause you to make a "mechanical" adjustment is the injectors...the 99's flow either 19 or 21# while 00-07 non-flex fuel flow 24.7# Yes, you are correct though, if you swap in the 02 injectors just upload the regular tune then work your magic from there.
