From what i have read specifically from this Post

It seems that your pushrods are too long.
Hirdlej showed that the ls7 lifters were taller and needed shorter pushrods and that helped him with the sewing machine sound.

You really should get a pushrod length checker instead of trying different sets of pushrods, that's kind of a hit or miss way to do it. A Comp PR length checker is less than $20.

I didn't hear anything in the video myself...

The video sounded a lot like mine. Stock lifters, 7.4" hardened pushrods.

For what it's worth, when I pulled my old cam out after close to a year worth of driving, the lobes looked practically brand new.

I just checked the length of the lifters...the LS7 ones are indeed longer than the OEM lifters... .060" to be exact. Base circle of the cam is .025" smaller, that the pushrods see anyway, and the extra length on the 7.4" rods puts the total at .060" longer than they should be.

So the stock pushrods that are 7.375 are going back in.

So since the ls7 lifters are longer, will running the 7.4 pushrods ruin the cam or lifters?! or do they work fine but they just cause loud lifter tick, or would it be better to go with some hardened stock length rods with the ls7 lifters...

Everything in the valvetrain is at risk to fail prematurely if it is not set up correctly. A tick means something is wrong, so its best to fix it before a lobe grinds off, etc.
