Default Roller rocker ratio?

Will stock clearance heads, valves, etc. on an '05 5.3L take 1.8+ ratio roller rockers?

this is the way to go. Not much to be gained by going to a roller rocker or a higher ratio rocker. If you want the extra lift, get it ground into the cam. Much cheaper that way.
