Default safe rpm on a LQ9?

How high can I shift a 6.0 LQ9? The motor is stock bottom end with ARP rod bolts. With my cam and intake set up it feels like I could go past 7200 and still make power. My 1-2 shift just goes quick and I think I will make power above 7200 but how high can I go?

What cam do you have? Internal mods?

At that speed the engine might could take it but the trans wont be happy about it...

See what it runs at the track shifting at different RPMs... you will know what it likes then.
