Ok so yes I know I need gears and when I do then I'm going 456's but that won't be untill next year lol.... For now I have the trans out and my torque converter is being sent back to Dave @ yank to be cleaned up. I'm debating if I should have him restall it while it's there. And if so how much more should I go?

Your set up doesn't need more converter, actually, with that cam in a 6.0 you would be fine with less converter and still be well matched. As mentioned, more gear or less tire is the way to go. If you plan on going wild with the camshaft, then I'd have the converter re-stalled, but if not, I'd just start saving up for some gears and roll with it like it is in the meantime.

Would you think a 227 231 on a 111 with LSL lobes would be in need of a little more verter

I actually think that cam will work much better with your SS3600 than your current cam.

Have you tried 4wd launches on the street? My truck cut a 2.0 60ft before I put new heads on. Now that I can break the tires loose in 4wd on the street, I figure that I should be dropping that 60' pretty good.

Your 1.9 60' with a truck that is smaller and lighter(and prob. more powerful) than mine indicates that you need gears bad.
