Default Should I hone/bore?

Took the 6.0 down to a short block everything looks great but cylinder 4 has a light brownish discoloration circling the top about a 1/3 of the way around. Should I be concerned with this? Was kinda hoping to keep it stock, it's not deep just slightly ruff. Doesn't look like a crack, or from a head gasket leak, maybe it sat in the junkyard too long. Any suggestions in the meantime?

See if you can get it off with a scotchbrite pad and some oil.
