Default sleeving a iron block

I have this 6.0 motor with some pretty good scratches in one cylinder. The motor droped a valve and took out the piston. I bought it on ebay Thinking it only had 25k miles on it and in perfect shape . I herd that I could sleeve the Iron block. If I did would it be able to handle 700-800 hp. 402 forged internals.

We sleeve race blocks all the time, just make sure that the cyl is not cracked at the extreme upper or lower portion of the cylinder.. Gotta watch that e-bay... I have only seen one guy get a really good deal and so much junk is usually the norm... make sure that guys gets a negative rating on your deal....
oh and for your HP level you will want a fairly thick sleeve..

Thanks for the info, Thick sleeve. Yeah, I made complaints with ebay and paypal. The guy took so long to send the motor that my time limit ran out, and they did nothing but gave a negitive feedback!
