Default stock 4.8 valve springs

I have a 03 4.8 I wanna put a cam just give it a little more power I already did all the bolt stuff I can do and also changed gears to 410 I just don't wanna have to change springs and pushrods if I don't have to its a show truck not a race truck

Chances are you are going to have to change springs, with a cam swap. Still not a bad job, took about 5 hours going slow.

There are alot of things we dont want to do but have to in order to do it right. Just do the PR's and springs. A little more work now saves you double in the end when your picking pieces up out of the oil pan.

you could go with the ls2 cam with stock springs. they are rated to 520 lift.
