I have never seen A stock LS crank fail in any boosted application. They are tough stuff.

So, what's the limit on the main bearings' caps. I would worry more about them than the crank itself.

2700 HP shot will do the trick.

They are pushed 800+ as well, studs may help?

Well, Since they are a 6 bolt main and cross INSIDE entire block instead like the old Gen I's did, I wouldn't be worried about those either.
I'd be worried about the rods and pistons breaking WAY before the crank or mains.
