Gotcha! I wouldn't feel comfortable pushing the LS1 block that far. Most builds that I have read about go away from the aluminum block, switch to an iron block just after 500hp. Most mention not enough webbing in the mains. I'm not saying it's impossible, but I wouldn't risk it if it was my hard earned cash.
