Dusty...At what point during the motor assembly did you ask yourself, "hmmm...you know what tool I could really use right now, some ROSE SHEARS!! Yeah, just drop them by my feet, I'll grab them in a second, thanks"!

I honestly don't remember why the rose shears were out and on the ground...I do remember them being there though!
