Of course the 90mm intake is a better design. For me it was faster from 60-90 mph by .426 seconds.

What's needed to swap the TBSS intake into 2003 truck with DBW TB? Is it going to fit truck fuel rails? Is the TBSS 90mm TB going to fit 2003 truck harness?

I'm also curious about this, I just ordered a ported throttlebody but might call tomatrow and switch to a 90 mm if I can come up with a trailblazer ss. What all would need to be changed to put on a 02 sierra

without the dbw tb, its a lot easier swap. went with the injectors that came with the tbss intake, they are ls2 34#. injector plugs are different so that had to be changed. also, the tbss intake doesnt have egr. has place for it but not sure if you can open it up and tap the mount.
