Default Texas Speed Gasket set

I am looking to buy the texas speed gasket set listed in the truck section on TSP's website. However, for the kit i only see the LS1 bore mentioned. What about the stock 3.78 5.3 bore? My plans are to go with a .40 or .45 cometic gasket and ARP head bolts. I am still undecided as to whether i will swap the oil pump, timing chain/gears so that is why i want the whole gasket set, that way i have it just in case, or if i decide to do it later down the road. i have already purchased ls7 lifters and ls2 trays. All of this is going on my truck when i get back from deployment next month so i would like to buy myself some xmas presents now.

I am planning on purchasing the prc 2.5 heads as well. i just want to get all the accesories bought first. i know this has been talked about before. I did search, however, i found more threads about boring the cylinders than similar setups so i decided to start a new thread. Thoughts on the head gasket and overall setup would be greatly appreciated, thank you.

5.3 crew cab sierra:
78xxx miles
224 cam, 3200 stall tc, 4.10 gears
daily driven, 22 inch rims
tuned, full exhaust

When I ordered from them, I got their cam gasket kit, which has water pump gaskets, crank bolt, and maybe a few other things, can't really remember right now. I ordered the head gaskets seperate. I used .040 cometics, but it was for the 3.901 bore because of my 243 heads. Cometic makes a .040, and .045 gasket for the 3.78 bore, you'll just have to call TSP and ask for it.

Just call them up. I got a set for my 05' 5.3. Tell them what you need and they will hook you up.

alright, calling them is kinda hard overseas but im gonna try and pm matt from tsp i guess. or maybe one of their sponsors will see this and comment. any other thoughts on changing the oil pump? it sounds like a PITA and i would like to just leave it alone since i dont have any pressure issues but it would suck to throw on a new topend and have issues down the road. I was looking at the Melling pump. thoughts?

TSP will recommend one, I didn't get one just because I didn't want to do the work to put it in, I was already going to have my DD down for a couple days and didn't want to add to that. My stock oil pump is still strong @ 164k
