I'm running the specs in my sig and get 21-22 mpg highway every trip. DFCO helps a lot imo. You could have blackbear get a little more agressive with the DFCO settings.

I'm interested to see how a cam swap will effect your mpgs. If you end up swapping, keep this thread alive with results!

So do you guys think a stall converter will help my city mpg at all? Cam is a 220/220 .5xx 112 lsa and the prospect verter is a 3200

Stall will lower your mpgs if anything. I get horrible city mileage compared to my highway numbers because of my looooose 3200 converter. I wouldn't recommend a stall if you are in search of better economy.

A stall will kill your mileage worse then the cam will in my expirence. In the city anyway, once it's in lockup on the highway it should be unchanged.

My current cam has yielded the best mpg (and dyno HP) to date, from Dallas to Waco and back using cruise control @ 70mph 23mpg. This is not typical though as I rarely use cruise, don't take off from a stop easy, and 70 is not my usual cruise speed lol my usual mpg is 16

Deceleration fuel cut off, it's a setting in the tune that can be adjusted by a tuner. It comes into play when you are decelerating. If you are going down hill and let off the gas, after a few seconds you will feel almost like you barely touched the brakes. That is DFCO kicking in.
