Retune for sure( fueling, converter lock and unlock points), possibly a converter. I agree with Turbo, 03 on the LSA and how and where it acts in the rpm range. Peak vs broader power curve.

Yes, unfortunately the 4l60 started slipping after a night of fun filled adventures. However, that has caused me to baby it bringing my average 70%street/30%hwy mpg to 14 average. My focus has now switched to either building the 60 and stay n/a or doing an 80e and supercharging it Once thats done ill probably just get a miata to daily

210/218 .551/.551 116Lsa from vinci will work pretty nice with a supercharger and net you the best possible mpgs out of the 6.0L You will lose top end but get the most possible low end tq out of that 6.0 N/A

I have a buddy with an ss 212/218 on 114Lsa LTs CAI tune. gets a consistent 20mpg highway with 4.10s < It doesnt make any sense but he has checked it time and time again. Lucky son of a B****

Call Roger at vinci he will talk your head off about your options

Like everybody says NO CONVERTER for better mpgs city. highway wont be affected. < maybe a lil bit getting on and up to speed but thats the best time to get a legal floor in haha

30.5ish michilen LTX on stock ss rims i believe there 275-55-R20

I could believe the 6.0 small cam with 3.42 could get 20mpgs but he has a great tuner or something to have 4.10 sitting around 2500rpms at 70ish mph

He says he gets 18ish going 80mph

My 01 5.3 all bolt ons tune with 3.42 same tire size gets 23ish at 70 but I go 80 everywhere still get 21

So apparently there's a 2 mpg drop from 70-80

I just have to order my oil pump then im installing the 210/218 .584/.584 < "with 1.8 rockers" on 116Lsa . Roger designed this cam for the police tahoes back when he worked for crane and said mpgs went up about 2 so he has kept this grind due to huge tq gains and mpg improvement

I'm hoping I will be the first one to have dyno #'s and mpg data for this cam. Installing after christmas

I like my little turbo single duration cam its the 215 .566 114lsa +3* in a LQ4 w/ 80E stock TC, 3.42s, 30.5" all terrains.

i get 23-24 on trips if i do the speed limit and pay attn to babying the gas pedal for slow transistions.

ive gotten 24mpg without the turbo and got 24 with the turbo so cruisng at 70/2000rpms its happpy id say.
but with all the stop and go and idling i do on my daily commute/lunch break i average 12-16 depends on how happy i get leaving stop lights and listening to the turbo talk
