Default Thuder Racing GP on Cams. Good for a truck?

they are having a GP right now and was wondering if it would be a good fit for a truck. they are also offering custom grinds.....

Anyone have any experience with how their blower cam "TR Blower" - 214/230 .601/.579 117 LSA would work on a silverado 6.0L with magnacharger and big tires?

would their "Old Man Cam" - 214/220 .600/.523 115 LSA be better for a truck?

For a 6L with a blower the TR Blower looks like the better of the 2.

What gears/converter/tire height/ do you do any towing?

I have the TR Blower cam and a radix 112. I like the combo, lots of power. You will lose some boost but its strong.

stock gears/ stock converter now / 33's now (want to go to 35's) / no towing, just hauling

Moog's truck runs pretty strong. Let me just say this: tuning run at 20* of timing, no n2o and we saw some very respectable torque steer (it's AWD)

I'd do the blower cam of the 2 after riding in that truck -- but to make the most out of it, you'll want a full exhaust (not to mention some head work).

To add, Erik's tuning expertise made all the difference. Have not been on a dyno so I have no idea of HP. Good luck.
