Everyone thinks they have to spin there motors insanely high to warrent a intake swap.
It flows better simple as that and therefore will give you more power the entire band.
Well not really low but we are instantly past that with a stall anyway.
Basically even if you spin to the same rpms your gonna make more power so it's worth it if you want that extra power.
To some it's to much work....o well i forgot what i was sayin....

brandon, the 224 with the 3400 would be a good setup.... I am almost tempted to put the 224 in mine with my 3200 stall but I have 4.10s...

Why is having 4.10's a problem?

I never said it was problem... I was just stating that I could probably get away with a 224 with the 3200stall since I have 4.10's to also help on the low end...

224 cam with your stall in the 5.3 would work awesome IMO. check out thunder with the tr224 in his 4.8. sure he has a bigger stall, but thats to compensate for less cubes. then again, why change anything with your N/A times? your on a 220/220 114 right now arent you?

do you think a 220 changed to a 224 would make that much a difference? not saying not to do it or anything, just wondering what the gains would be from 4* of duration
