You can always lower your idle if you want more lope.

Hey silver, I was thinking about getting the same cam that you have. This might be a stupid question.....but who is FMS??? Just for the record, you have the 224/228, .588/.576 on a 112sep?? I was going to get a big cam for my 5.3 on the original set-up but I had to come down to reality!!

FMS=Futral MotorSports they are in Louisiana and grind custom cams along with s a few off-the-shelf cams. such as the one you are talking about.
