We do actually....the one posted in that thread would work in the 5.3 as well, you'd just need an aftermarket torque converter in a 5.3L, whereas it works fine with the stock converter in the 6.2L.

The one for stock converter on the 5.3L is just a few degrees of duration smaller on intake and exhaust (low 2-teens/Low 220's @.050") and still right at the same lift. We haven't tested as many of that one in the trucks yet (more on the engine dyno), since most of our customers are planning to run the aftermarket converter, and are good to go with the slightly larger cam!

Bringing this one up from the dead... This project of mine is taking forever and a year but just so we know my reasoning for deleting the system...

One is the fact that I'll be running the newer shortblock with an older PCM that doesn't have the capability of operating or recognizing the system. Also, the reason for the newer bottom end is cubic inches... Only... There will be a big cam and high stall tq converter used so on top of not being able to run the system, it won't be needed.
