Default welsh plugs in 6.0 block??

Finally have some time to start assembly on the forged 370 but have a question. The machine shop knocked out two 5/8 welch plugs (soft plugs) along with the screw types plugs. I see the one for the oil galley in the front of the motor but can't find where the other would go.. The galley hole in the rear takes the "dumbell" oil restrictor then the rear cover holds that in place. I cannot find where this thing goes. Help please it's holding up progress.
