What cam for a ecsb lq9??

What cam for a ecsb lq9??
I got a 06 ecsb vortec max with bolt ons it's my dd so I wanted to stick with a 3200 stall but not sure what cam would make good power to have a daily race truck hahaha my tuner was saying a 228/228 112lsa what is the pros and cons if any in that cam or is there a better cam for my truck for what I want very confused don't really know to much about cam talk

you first have to ask youself do you want more low end tq or top end hp
The larger duration you go the more your moving the power band up the rpms
The 228/228 he mentioned would be a pretty badazz cam. That cam is going to lean more towards top end.
Idk if I would go any larger than the 228/228 for a dd
You could also look at some thing with a split pattern like 216/224 for example should help keep lowend tq and topend hp also would put you in a good postion for a supercharger later down the road
Just do a lot of research looking up dyno charts track times of cams in 6.0s
It's better to under cam than over cam for a dd

I do a lot of roll racing do you think it would be good for that with a 3200 stall or maybe a 224/228 would be better??

So I stumbled across this video of the 228/228 .588/.588 on 112Lsa i know he has LTs efans CAI 4.10s idk what size stall he is running
He is running high 12s N/A
to big of a cam for dd in my opion for the 5.3L but listen to your tuner he knows what he is talking about. Your going to love it in the 6.0L
