the rpm you spin it to will have a lot to do on the cam you have and the powerband of the motor. no use spinning it to 6800 if power drops off at 6200. when you dyno it, just watch your powerband and decide how far to push it

I have yet to have a cam spec'd for it. Thats why i was looking for opinions on max RPM. I really want it to be a top end screamer. I mostly like racing in Mexico so roll racing is where its at for me.

right now?? stocker lol.. I did have a so called 3200 stall but was way loose.. it would flash to 4500 I did like it alot. Once I get a 4l80e in this and do what Im wanting to do is have have tight converter so I can spray a fair dose of nitrous..3400-3800 is what Im thinking.. I need to do some more reading on nitrous and converters
