whats a good mild cam for 08 5.3?

what do you guys think about Comp Cam 54-457-11 in a 5.3 with 3 inch exhaust/X pipe, ls1 intake, & ported TB, in a 3550 lb car that i drive to out of town car shows, and i alos drive it 3-5 days a week when its nice out, running a 4L60E with a 2500 stall, and 373 or 410 out back? thanks Justin

damn thats kinda big man, you would need a big stall for that. wht lsa would you run it at? ha i recommend 4.10s, only for the sole purpose that i got that for my truck!

Each of these should net you 15-20 RWHP across the entire powerband.... perfect for towing.

Sounds like that would be the case on the NNBS I think the extra lift the TSP220 has would perform better than the TR220.

Yeah but I would have to pull heads to do the DOD delete, and if im goona go through the trouble of pulling the heads I might as well get the AFRs to go with the cam.
