Default Whats your brand bearing choice for rods/mains

Im going to replace the bearings while Im in there and will be using stock crank.

I usually use king bearings but, on my last engine that I built for me it got plain jane sealed power main and rod bearings. To date the engine has over 40k miles of size 13 abuse and the oil pressure today is just as good as when it was installed last April.

Do you plan on at least having the crank polished before putting the engine back together?

My 370 and all my dirt track motors have always used clevite H and P series bearings and never had an issue and those motors live at 7000+ rpm..

Crank looks good engine has 100k miles bearings also not bad should I have it polished?

Id have it polished if your going to replace the bearings, in my local area it cost about $45. if you plan on reusing the old bearings just leave it as is then.
