thanks for that answer man. And thats all Im trying to do is optimize the combo. So Ill run the .040 gaskets with my 317s. Want to do everything right the 1st time, and Im after longevity.
Not sure If I should start a new thread but Now Im needing to research what are the best springs to run with this cam for longevity! Im not going to want to wrench and check stuff every other oil change. This is my daily driver.
I need to find out what springs that will last with this cam. single or duals?

I would just run PAC 1518's they are budget friendly and will handle that lift with ease. They are a single beehive style spring. There is really no need for dual springs with that cams lobes.
They are the springs I run on my LQ9 powered daily, and my cam has .603/.596 lift.

I would just run PAC 1518's they are budget friendly and will handle that lift with ease. They are a single beehive style spring. There is really no need for dual springs with that cams lobes.
