This might be a long shot but have u pulled that pushrod to double check the length of it?

Tighten the rocker arm bolts to 30 N•m (22 lb ft), but before you do make sure you have the piston is at top dead center (TDC) of the compression stroke. In this position, the camshaft will be off lobe lift. Otherwise you will get an inaccurate reading when torque-ing the fastener and stand a very good chance at pulling the threads in the head. You also stand a good chance at bending a pushrod if you attempt to torque the rockers when the camshaft is up on a lobe if you go through the procedure too fast, as the rocker will be trying to open the valve as you tighten it. Also, I know this goes without saying, but make sure that the pushrods seat properly in the cups of the rocker arms before you attempt to torque them.

Do you have the old broken rockers still? I would like to see a pic of the heel (where the tip of the rocker contacts with the tip of the valve) to see if it has any wear that isn't normal. I would also like to see the tip of the valve to make sure that is OK. I think something is not keeping it square. Plus make sure the PR is straight. Roll it across a piece of glass.

Im about to take pics of everything and post them. Everything looks good tho. I checked my preload just now and they all check out at around 1.5 turns till 22 ft lbs.. I will take a pic of the rocker rail also.. Standby

Here is some pics of the rocker rail and I am thinking that when they were torqued incorrectly the first time that this may have caused the saddle on the #6 intake to distort it and now no matter what I do I cant get it to ride straight any longer? As you can see there is some slight mechanical machining that has taken place when the rocker was bucked... Its like a 6$ rail or so but I am at the end of my rope on this.. All the threads look good and on the head also. I chased it with a tap and checks out clean, as well as the bolt..

The heel of that rocker looks messed up to me. The valve tip should be in the center, not off to the side like that. How do the other rockers look compared to that one?

I will check here shortly on the others to see if they are all riding in the middle or off to one side. I will post pics of all the tips on the d\s. 1.5 turns till my proper torque is a safe range of preload on my lifters, correct?

Every single rocker tip that I have off on the P/S looks identical except for one.. The tips are all scored on the forward side, meaning that the rocker arm is somewhat twisted to the rear which makes the tip of the rocker ride on the rear side of the valve. What is causing this to happen? You think that it could be as simple as the rocker rail is faulty causing the rockers to be seated in a not so straight fashion. ?
