Default Zr1 211/230???

Just wondering if anyone has run this cam in a 4.8? ZR1 211/230 @.50 and 558/552 lift with a 112.5 lsa. Cal-speed has a really price on this cam($149.00)!! If so what springs and push rods?? Any input would be apprecitated. I have new LT and a Circle D 3200 coming..Just wonder if this would help things out with my up grades.

If you buy that cam the LS6 springs will work. Haven't seen anyone put that in the 4.8L yet, but some guys on ls1tech put them in ls1's or 6.0. One guy has it in a 6.0 swapped GTO with a maggie and it runs good with Ls6 springs.

I would get a pushrod length checker to see what pushrods you need to be safe.

Search for builds with the Lingenfelter GT-7 cam in a 4.8L. The cams are nearly identical, in fact Lingenfelter discontinued it because the LS9 is so much cheaper.

Is it 112.5lsa or 122.5lsa? 112 would be a good cam but that sounds real tight for a sc stock cam.

Unless it's a miss print, advertised at 112.5. Go to Cal-speed and look at GM performance cams in trucks section.
