Default KB 2.6 or Whipple

I'm at a loss now, I had plans to purchase a Whipple next week and now I have read that Kenne Bell is releasing their 2.6 blower. It now comes as a rear entry like the whipple. Just looking to see what others would get and reasons why. I like the "bling" factor of the Whipple, but have not seen pics of the new KB yet, thats due for purchase May 1. Also on another note there is a rumor that the Whipple 3.3 is about to be released

I'm planning on running heads, cams, fully built motor, so I'm wanting a blower I can really turn the boost up on, I would like a turbo, but there aren't any bolt on kits yet, so I'm sticking with a s/c at the moment

There is a bolt on Turbo kit. It just isn't all that pretty.

Between the two I would go with the Whipple.

You can also check out TurboLightnings.com. There's some good info over there.

You can also ask our illustrious SVT_Scott about his setup. He may be able to share some insight with you.

It will still be a little while before Polk has their kit for sale I figure. He just finished Matts truck about 2 weeks ago and that was the truck he was using to design the kit. When it is finished it should be some nice kits though.
