Not to get off topic, but what hood is that GoldenVelvet? I like

sorry guys i dont troll this forum as much as ya think lol. i am only interested in moding my TA. basically that post that chingon posted is on the money. but as a skeptic i will believe it when i see it for my own eyes in 06 when the gen 3 Ls come out. the one thing about ford is they are pretty much on the money when they go from concept to production, unlike GM, that tends to bland things up in the end. i am also waiting to see the weight of the truck. rumor from ford is that the HP wont increase that much but they are trying to lower the weight of the truck to get it to accelerate better. at 400 hp at the crank already (real world ratings) the insurance is gonna be outragous if they actually advertise it at 400+. but everything is rumors. i really do hope GM produces something that can compete from the showroom with the L and the new NeonNeonNeon10 in performance. but i doubt it looking at their history of economies of scale.

a gen II syclone and typhoon would be kick ***. however, as much as i would like to see that i think they need to come out with a blown FS GM truck first.

Supposedly, they will be using lightweight materials in areas to reduce weight. I think I read that on the nloc site. It should be one hell of a truck if they don't drastically change it from the concept design.

Why not make the get II sy/ty's based on a full size. I dont car how GM dose it just as long as they make something that cam compete.

I'd obviously love to see another gen. Sy/Ty. But so far we haven't heard anything about that. But Ford is releasing a Typhoon in Austrailia.

Just go to Http://www.svt.ford.com and look at the concept for it, it lists everything.
