I'd say a 4 lb lower would be a great, safe start. Get a quick change pulley, that way if sometime down the road you decide you want more, you can just change the pulley ring instead of the entire pulley.
You can get a "mail order" tune, but I'd highly recommend a Dyno tune to make sure everything is okay.
Right now I'm pullied for 12.5 psi and I'm putting down 380/490 on a VERY safe tune. It doesn't sound like much, but believe me, the truck feels like a totally different animal.

And I'm running a pretty mild setup compared to a lot of guys. I'm still paying for mine. As soon as it's paid off tho, I plan on stepping up a notch or three.

A 4 or 5 Lb. lower pulley and a good SCT tune would provide a substantial bump in power. With that, you'll need to change your plugs to something more compatible with the increased boost pressure and heat.
Keep in mind that when you start modding the motor, there are certain things you can expect to add beyond the mods themselves. For example....... you'll need to add some aftermarket gauges so that you can properly monitor what's going on under the hood. You'll also need to add some kind of traction control device to keep the axel wrap and twisted driveshaft demons away.
Once you get started, there's really no end. Trust me.
