I thought that maybe It was damaged and came open and USPS just shoved parts in boxes, when I found the claim form in the box. I called USPS and they said they put that form in every package that is insured. It says it was insured on the post mark.

I do recognize the box and i did send a slp pulley that you bought. 4-5 members here know me personally and they will tell you that i wont screw anyone over 115 bucks. I wont be using usps anymore and it seems someone opened it any shoved something else there.. check the weight of the box? A spring doesnt weight as much as a pulley.. i will make a claim with usps since i did get it insured.

I appreciate you getting this figured out. No weight written on the box. USPS straight up SUCKS.. I can't help but think there is some RICER out there with one spring and a GM pulley going WTF??!! Somebody sent me an oversized ASHTRAY!!!

I like USPS. Never had any issues like that and I've shipped lots of stuff via them. I'd much rather use them than UPS or FedEx.
What condition did the box arrive in? It looks like it had packing straps and duct tape on it for shipping. Was it messed up when it arrived? Were the packing straps on the package when it was shipped or did USPS add them because it was opened?
