As I said before, I tried calling you a total of 3 times today, after I learned all of this. You just sent me a pm, titled "CALL ME." Perhaps I misunderstood what that meant. You keep saying "not man enough to confront me." What exactly are you asking for?

UPS already did this. They identified the individual that signed for it, and confronted him. He gave his name, and said he had the package, after they threatened to press charges. They do not take things like this lightly.

yes i read what you said, that was directed more towards him
so they said he received it/signed for it and identified him as the recipient? im pretty sure if their taking it that seriously(at least id hope) that there was an id checked with the individual. either way i would agree its out of your hands and time for him to contact ups with this information if he really didnt get the package, i know i would be if i didnt get my package..

If I were you Greenmile, I'd go to the UPS store and speak to them myself show ID and have them go to the location and find the person and arrest him.

The shipper isn't responsible for making sure you are at the address you give to sign. If you give an address you don't live at and someone else signs for it then its all on you.

If you aren't willing to go talk to the UPS store then I'd be calling BS on your whole story.

Interesting. UPS is negligent if they didn't confirm ID. GREENMILE I'd also recommend you contact UPS to confirm delivery, review the signature. Report back here with what you find.

I know packages get delivered to wrong addresses. It is UPS's responsibility to ensure they are delivered correctly. Signatures are made electronically and are available for review. There is little doubt once a signature is confirmed.

When has any shipping company ever asked to see id, when delivering a package? The package was delivered to the address that he provided. Someone at that residence was later identified as the one who signed for and accepted the package. That same individual gave his name, and admitted to having the package when they confronted him. This is straight from ups. What would the signature prove?

when the 'investigators' were sent back to confirm delivery they should have checked the identity, no?

Signature would prove if the individual receiving the package was GREENMILE or not. Yes, even if he didn't sign for it, someone at the address did but it would prove he wasn't giving the line of BS. Once an investigation is started it's customary to identify the signer for delivery. I deal with UPS often.
