i wish i would have seen this forum b4 doing business with RACEMART.on August 16th i called and spoke to Paul about ordering the Rancho RS991 bushing kit...Paul told me it was discontinued,but that the prothane 7-206 was the same kit.based on this info i placed the order.Paul told me it would take about 2 weeks to recieve the bushings.On sept 2nd i had not gotten a order confirmation ,tracking number...nothing i called Racemart i was then told it was a special order and it would be dropped shipped to me.still no time of delivery or nothin...i then did some research and found out the prothane 7-206 is not the right kit,and have since found the rancho RS991 kit i needed.to this date i have not recieved the so called "drop Shipped" bushings.i again called today spoke with paul told him i wanted a full refund, based on they are the wrong bushings,and also i should have been told in our intinial conversation that this was a special order.to this Paul stated "send me a email and i'll see what i can do".......unbelievable......im now in the process of reporting RACEMART to the BBB.
