Remember, he had that sweet gray little RCSB with a turbo'd 6 liter, and then it burnt down? Well, back in August, he had a pair of electric cutouts for sale. I offered him 175 to ship them to me in Canada, and he accepted. Here's the thread.

Well, they never came. I figured it was no big deal, cause he told me his girlfriend put them in the mail, but lost the tracking number.
Then they were taking a really long time. I thought they must have been tied up in customs or something. Finally by the time late November rolled around, I decided I needed a refund. He said it was a very bad time for him, cause he had just purchased a C3, a house, and three apartments. I said I'd wait til after Christmas, then settle for half of it, cause someone must have picked them up in a mailroom or something.
January 21st comes along, still no money, so I send him a quick pm and ask, "What's the word?" His profile says he was logged on January 25th, but my pm was ignored. January 31st I pm'ed him again, nothing. The other night I sent him an email to the address connected to his paypal account, nothing. Looks like I got scammed. Does anyone know what city or state this guy lives in? I know he builds electrical substations. $175 dollars isn't a HUGE deal, but getting ripped off is lame.
