Ill explain this once, so take notes. 
If we ban him he can just create another screename then we have to wait and find out what that one is so really what good does that do?(rhetorical question) The whole reason the trader rating system was implementated was just for reasons like this. The OP purchased something from the seller knowing full well the reputation of the seller. Buyer beware ring a bell?
For a little history lesson, Texas Painter as we know him was once IMD who got banned for selling his brake brackets on here that he was manufacturing. Guess what hes back, so what good did banning him really do?(again rhetorical question)
Before you buy something check their feedback, search their SN here in this section or shoot a PM to one of us mods and we can tell you if there are any known problems with a particular seller.
So with that said, you can all drop your pitch forks and torches, banning people for bad selling does no good. All us mods can control is the internet side of things, unfortunately the things you buy are in the real world therefore its a bit difficult to change anything.
Scott and John, is it really necessary to post in every negative feedback thread?
Matt-he lives right down the road from me, I can go pick up the part and ship it to you if you still want it and can work it out with Jesse
