Well I do still have the texts where he clearly states what is part of the deal and him saying later on how he hasn't sent them yet. So maybe but not sure what law would have been broken. Think it would just be a civil case.

it would be a civil matter but it cant hurt to talk to the police and find out what the proper course of action would be.

I'll get you a name and address that little punk has been calling me with a blocked number and leaving me stupid voice mails so I don't care about putting him out there. It's funny he's like a child calling me names over a phone haha, I mean for real???
